DOQEX is ISO 27001 certified
ISO27001:2022 certified. DOQEX has been exceeding industry best-practice since before we began offering our product to customers; our ISMS has been in place and compliant with the standard for over 13 years. Our management team and security forum continuously monitor and review processes for currency and effectiveness.
Certification Details. Our last surveillance audit concluded in May 2026 with zero non-conformities. Audit was conducted against the 2022 version of the standard by the British Assessment Bureau (authorised to conduct assessments and certify under UKAS). Our certificate number is 216281.

Why it matters. Certification against the international standard provides our customers with independent verification of our commitment to security; it means we’ve been through a rigorous audit of every aspect of our business to demonstrate that we take security seriously.
Cyber Essentials? No. DOQEX certifies against the international standards appropriate for us and our customers. The UK Cyber Essentials schemes are useful and we recommend organisations consider implementing them however at DOQEX we focus attention on operating our ISMS and the broader controls and audit requirements of the ISO27001, ISO27017 and ISO27018 standards.
DOQEX is ISO 27017 certified
ISO27017:2015 certified. This standard provides controls for the provision and use of Cloud Services. DOQEX does not use 3rd-party cloud services such as Azure or AWS, rather we have implemented this standard so that the private DOQEX Services we provide to customers benefit from the controls.
This standard provides extended confidence for DOQEX customers that our management and technical standards for encryption, segregation, business continuity and supply chains are robust and effective.
Certification Details. Our initial Certification audit concluded in May 2026 with a single OFI and zero non-conformities. Audit was conducted against the 2015 version of the standard by the British Assessment Bureau (authorised to conduct assessments and certify under UKAS). Our certificate number is 216281.
DOQEX is ISO 27018 certified
ISO27018:2019 certified. This standard specifies technology security techniques and establishes a code of practice for the protection of personally identifiable information by PII processors such as DOQEX.
Regulated Industries. Our customers in Healthcare, Finance and LocalGov rely upon DOQEX to process PII. DOQEX is the only service provider capable of offering a 100% UK Digital Sovereignty Guarantee and ISO27018 Certification.
All our service agreements contain specific schedules under sole UK jurisdiction to cover IT Security, Data Protection, Business Continuity and Social Governance.
